In their first visit to Egypt, the famous Tango Maestros Aoniken Quiroga & Noelia Barsi will be holding different intensive workshops for Beginners, Intermediate & Advanced this November 10th to 12th, 2017 to share with our growing community their expert insight.
Aoniken Quiroga began dancing tango in 1994. Always searching to develop within the «tango salon» discipline, he studied with the most sought after teachers such as Carlos Gavito, «El Pibe Avellaneda», Horacio Godoy, Martin Ojeda and Joana Copes, Gabriel Misse, Fabian Peralta, Carlos and Rosa Perez, and Carlos Copello. In 2006 he won the second place in the «tango salon» category of the annual Tango World Championship.
In 2009 he began traveling and teaching in Europe, directing “La Mariposa” tango school in Maidland, Italy. Up to now he has worked in the largest tango festivals in Europe, such as Ostertango festival in Basel, Swizerland, Fabricandotango festival in Rome, Italy, Barleta International tangofest in Barleta, Italy, Warsaw tango festival in Warsaw, Poland, Antwerp tango festival in Antwerp, Belgium, Festival Tango-Tango in Maidland, Italy, London River Tango Festival in London, England, and many more.
In 2011, Aoniken inaugurated his own tango school in Naples, Italy. After all these years of participating in the biggest festivals around the globe, he managed to earn his position as a reputable Tango Maestro, well known for his unique teaching skills, warm friendly spirit & his spectacular shows.
Noelia Barsi, dancer and teacher of Argentine tango. Being only a child began to dance and feel the tango. Over 25 years ago. She runs big stages as a dancer and teacher in various theaters and the most distinguished Festivals in Argentina and the around the world.
She is known for her outstanding style subtle and delicate, which definitely makes this unique dancer an icon of femininity.
She is a woman who has managed to develop a pedagogy that dazzles, clear and precise in its explanations.
Creator and co-organizer of Tango DeLuxe (along with Maria Ines Bogado, Josefina Bermudez Avila and Roxana Suarez) As well as the seminar “La mujer en el Tango, técnica femenina para tango salon.
In her last years she has shared several works with Javier Rodriguez and Sebastian Arce. She also was the Director of Tango Salon department in Arcetango academia in Moscow city during 2016.
This magnificent couple decided recently to join forces and started a new journey touring together in many countries to provide a rich different Tango experience for all their students.
